Prior to founding PayDivvy, Mike was a private equity investor with ClearLight Partners, a $600 million fund based in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to ClearLight, Mike was an investment banking analyst with FBR Capital Markets (f/k/a Friedman Billings Ramsey), where he focused on capital raising and M&A for financial services and financial technology companies.
Mike has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from UC Berkeley. While in business school, he interned for LeadGate Investment Corp. in Uruguay, and he is fluent in Spanish and Italian and conversational in Portuguese. He is an avid surfer and lifelong mixed martial arts practitioner (thus why he usually has a black eye or broken nose).

Steve's held Executive Sales Management roles within the Enterprise Software Marketplace including Sybase and Versata where he built and grew the Intercontinental Sales Regions for both companies. While in direct Senior Management and Consulting roles at Sybase, Steve's leadership drove the region's hyper growth as well as the company's overall growth to nearly $1 Billion in revenue. While working for a Southern California based sales strategy consulting organization, Steve developed and delivered the structured Sales Methodology that was the key driver in Sybase's rapid growth from $80M to $400M in annual sales. Leveraging his deep experience and practical approach to selling, Steve directly facilitated numerous large account and specific opportunity sales plans producing some of the largest revenue closes in the industry.
